Have you been involved in an accident and need to make a claim on your policy?

To report a claim on any of your Quotax Insurance policies, please call our claims team on 0208 691 9691  (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm).

If you need to report a claim outside our normal office hours, please call our dedicated 24 hour claims line on 0203 928 7337.

Please note that you must report all incidents to us within 24 hours, even if you are not claiming. Failure to do so can make you personally liable for any claims that are pursued against you and will in most instances result in an increased excess being payable (please see your policy documents for more information).

When you call, please have your current Certificate of Insurance and the details of the event ready, as we will need these to begin processing your claim.
